Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All paid plans are billed monthly or annually, with no contracts. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Do my team members share voice hours?
No, each team member gets their own monthly AI voice allowance, so one heavy user never uses up the whole crew’s balance.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your quotes, invoices, and clients stay intact. Document retention follows your current plan's retention policy.
