Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Voice2Jobs. It applies to everyone who uses the service, on any device, and it forms part of our Terms of Use. If you use Voice2Jobs to send documents, publish a booking page, or take payments, you are responsible for what you send, publish, and charge for.

1. Use the Service for Real Work

Voice2Jobs is built for contractors and trades businesses to quote jobs, invoice customers, and get paid. You may use it for your own business, and for work you are genuinely engaged to carry out. You may not use it to impersonate another business, to present someone else's licence or credentials as yours, or to quote for work you are not lawfully permitted to perform in your jurisdiction.

2. What You May Not Do

You may not use Voice2Jobs to:

Send unsolicited bulk messages, marketing blasts, or anything a reasonable recipient would call spam. Quotes and invoices go to people who asked you for them.
Defraud anyone, including issuing invoices for work never performed, inflating line items to deceive an insurer, or collecting deposits with no intention of doing the job.
Launder money, or move funds through Stripe Connect for anything other than genuine payment for your own work.
Upload or publish material you do not have the right to use. See our DMCA Copyright Policy if you believe your material has been published without permission.
Publish content on a profile or booking page that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that targets a person or group.
Upload malware, or use the service to attack, probe, or interfere with anyone's systems, including ours.
Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the service, or attempt to access accounts, records, or files that are not yours.
Circumvent rate limits, usage allowances, plan restrictions, or billing, including by creating multiple accounts to avoid a limit.
Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as if it were your own product, unless we have agreed that in writing.
Reverse engineer the service, or use automated means to extract our models, prompts, or outputs in bulk to build a competing product.

3. Voice Recordings and Other People

Voice2Jobs turns what you say into a quote. Recording law varies by country, state, and province, and some places require the consent of everyone being recorded. You are responsible for obtaining any consent the law requires before you record a conversation, and for not capturing people who have not agreed to it. Speak the job, not other people's private business.

4. Your Customers' Information

When you add a customer to Voice2Jobs, you are the one who decided to collect their details, and you remain responsible for handling them lawfully. Only add information you need in order to do the job and get paid. Do not use the service to store payment card numbers, government identity numbers, health information, or other sensitive categories of data in free-text fields. Our Data Processing Agreement sets out how we handle that data on your behalf.

5. AI Features

The service uses AI to draft quotes, suggest line items, and improve wording. Drafts can be wrong. You review and approve every number before anything is sent, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you issue. Do not use the AI features to generate content that would breach this policy if you had typed it yourself.

6. Shared Accounts and Teams

Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by people you invite to your team. If you believe someone has gained access to your account, tell us immediately at security@voice2jobs.com and change your password.

7. How We Enforce This

If we believe this policy has been broken we may remove content, disable a public profile or booking page, suspend the account, or terminate it. Where the risk is serious, for example ongoing fraud against your customers or an active attack on our systems, we may act immediately and without notice. Otherwise we will normally contact you first and give you a chance to put it right. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities and cooperate with them.

If we suspend or terminate your account under this policy, you can still request an export of your own business data. Where we are legally required to preserve records, for example for an ongoing investigation, we will do so.

8. Reporting Abuse

To report someone misusing Voice2Jobs, including a quote or invoice you believe is fraudulent, write to abuse@voice2jobs.com with the document, the sender, and what you observed. To report a security flaw in the service itself, please use our vulnerability disclosure page instead, which explains how to reach us safely.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes or as new kinds of misuse appear. Updates are posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use Voice2Jobs after a change means you accept the updated policy. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and End User License Agreement.
